Best hot chocolate ebver
You need a mug, a stirring thing, and a way to heat food like a microwave or a stove
Ingredience:
- enough water to fill your mug halfway
- semi sweet baker's chocolate, 4 little squares or the equivalent in chocolate chips
- about an eigth to quarter cup of sugar or brown sugar depending on water amount and desired sweetness
- enough milk to fill the mug a quarter of the way. account for whipping bulk if using a fatty animal milk like half and half or cream
Optional stuff that elevates your treat
- whipped cream
- merchino cherries
- extra flavourings like stawberry or mint or caramel
- a milk frother (those little spinny things electric mixer thing)
- marshmallow
Tweet spoon when you get a spoon
- heat up your water, doesn't have to be boiling, just hot enough to dissolve sugar quickly
- add your sugar once its hot and stir (or during heating if youre on stove top)
- melt your chocolate, stirring. if using a microwave, heat it in small incriments stirring in between to prevent burning.
- once melted, mix your chocolate with your milk until combined (or frothy if using animal milk.) (now would be the time to use the frother if using one and add your extra flavourings)
- if not there already, put your chocolated milk or cream in the bottom of your mug and then pour in the hot sugar water while mixing gently.
- At this point youre done, but you can add your marshmallows and whipped cream or whatever now :3
